Cold Caller for 3PM-8PM EST

I am looking for someone to call for 5-6 hours during the hours of 3pm to 8pm in the Eastern Time Zone.

I need someone diligent, very detail-oriented, and will not waste any of my leads.

You must speak good English and be willing to keep people on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest, and act curious while on the calls.

WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING.

Top Tasks:
-Call Heirs who have inherited property, FSBOs, and Absentee Owners from 3 PM to 8 PM. eastern time EST. (I will provide leads)

-Log any leads that you have a good conversation with and seem to want to sell

-Alert me immediately when a lead says they want to sell

-Keep me up to date on what leads to call that become ‘Warm Leads’

-Monthly Income 600+ potential to earn up to 1200+ a month further down the line.

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially ($3-$7/hr), but once I see you are good at this, there will be many opportunities to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
