Cold Caller for Qiaben Medical Billing Company

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Qiaben medical billing company as Cold Callers. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients and engage them in conversations about our Qiaben medical billing services, ultimately securing contract signups.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients from provided leads and lists.
2. Introduce and promote our medical billing services to potential clients.
3. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and address any inquiries or concerns.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in the company’s database.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for cold calling and contract signups.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our services effectively.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
3. Strong communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
4. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
5. Knowledge of medical billing terminology and practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
6. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Persistent and results-driven with a desire to achieve and surpass targets.

Compensation:
– Starting Salary: $300 per month. Paid twice.
– Contract Signup Commission: $1500 for the first signed contract.
– Successive Contract Signup Commission: $750 for each additional contract signed.
