Cold caller for real estate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments with potential clients within the roofing industry. Your primary objective will be to call the leads provided and schedule appointments

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the real estate industry.
– Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
– Schedule appointments for our marketing experts to further discuss our services.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system. (GHL)
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry (agents)
– Excellent communication skills and fluent English with minimal to no accent.
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects over the phone.
– Good tonality on a cold call. Further training for this will be provided
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
– Familiarity with CRM software GoHighLevel is a plus.
– Availability to work normal EST timezone hours, Monday to Friday, approximately 4-5 hours per day.
