Cold Caller for Real Estate Investment Company

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic VA Cold Caller to join our team on a remote basis. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for prospecting potential leads, initiating contact with property owners, and qualifying leads for our investment opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about real estate and possess strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

Prospect potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, Text messages, and social media.
Conduct outbound calls to property owners to introduce our company and investment opportunities.
Engage in effective communication to build rapport and establish trust with potential leads.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information for further follow-up.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software like CallTools, REI reply and other sales tools is a plus.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
