Position Overview:
Our Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) is seeking a skilled and experienced Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our agency’s growth by identifying potential clients, engaging them through strategic cold calling, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, exceptional communication skills, and a persistent, results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in target markets who would benefit from our SMMA services.
– Cold Calling: Execute daily cold calling strategies to contact prospective clients, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to pique their interest in our services.
Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff process.
– Follow-Up: Perform diligent follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest, with the aim of converting leads into scheduled appointments.
Database Management: Regularly update and maintain the CRM database with information on prospects, call logs, and appointment schedules.
– Performance Reporting: Track and report on call outcomes, appointment setting rates, and other relevant metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts, strategies, and targets based on performance data and market trends.

Qualifications:
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or a similar role within an agency setting. Prior experience in a Social Media Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
Persistence and Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude, persistently working towards the agency’s goals.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls and appointments.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies is a plus.
Goal-Oriented: A strong results-focused approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment setting targets.
