Job Description:
As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our range of furniture products. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our furniture products.
*Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
*Set up appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
*Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
*Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to sales team handover.
*Achieve and exceed monthly call and appointment targets.
*Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
*Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
*Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
*High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
