Objective:
Cold call list of leads to determine if they are interested in selling their property or not.
Tasks:
Make 100+ contacts per day via cold calling.
Move anyone interested in selling their property along to the Acquisitions team.
Take anyone not interested in selling and either remove them from the call list or put them in the queue for a follow up after a few months.
Skills/Experience:
Advanced English Language speaking skills (required).
Cold calling (required).
Open to learning and being coached (required).
Experience working with a real estate investor (preferred).
Experience with Batch Dialer (bonus).

Hours:
You will need to work on US Eastern Time from about 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday. This is overnight in the Philippines. If you are unable to work these hours, please do not respond to this job. If you are able to work these overnight hours, please confirm you can do so when submitting your application.
Compensation/Pay:
Starting salary is $1,050 per month with additional Quarterly Bonus Opportunities (details below).
Quarterly Bonus Structure (every 3 months).
A bonus will be paid out per quarter if any of the leads you generate turn into closed deals and we get paid during that quarter. For example, if you connect with 1,000 people in October and 2 of these turn into closed deals before the end of December you will receive a bonus in January.
The bonus is dependent on the number of your leads that turn into closed deals.
Examples of possible bonus amounts are:
1-4 leads closed is a $100 bonus per closed lead.
EX: 3 of your leads are closed in a quarter. Your bonus for the quarter would be $300.
5-9 leads closed is a $250 bonus per closed lead.
EX: 8 of your leads are closed in a quarter. Your bonus for the quarter would be $2,000.
10+ leads closed is a $500 bonus per closed lead.
EX: 12 of your leads are closed in a quarter. Your bonus for the quarter would be $6,000.
