Job Description

We are seeking a driven and talented Cold Calling Specialist to play a critical role in driving our business growth.

Our ideal candidate is a confident cold caller, possesses exceptional sales skills, showcases outstanding communication skills, and is able to think quickly and strategically while talking to potential leads.

This role is pivotal in generating new business leads via Google, LinkedIn, Seamless, and any other means by creating your own contact list, with the main focus on scheduling meetings with potential clients for our decision-makers in order to close the deal. The target market and all important details will be shared to assist with identifying the ideal customer profile.

We’re a US-based Recruitment Agency that specializes in the Wine and Spirits industry and other related sectors operating in the EST timezone. Working hours will be 8 AM EST – 4 PM EST (+- 8 Hours per day)

Responsibilities:

Generate your own leads via LinkedIn, Google, and Seamless
Initiate cold calls to potential clients with the objective of generating new business leads and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
Articulately pitch our headhunting services to potential clients, emphasizing the advantages of partnering with us for talent acquisition.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics in relation to call volume and meetings scheduled
Diligently track all call activity, customer interactions, and feedback each day to showcase work done
Collaborate with the team to innovate and implement new strategies for lead generation and business development.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
Understanding the recruitment industry is a massive plus!
Have a clear, professional US/Western accent as you will be cold-calling US prospects.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse prospects.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet established goals.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for sales.
Ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly call metrics.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Performance Metrics:

Daily: A minimum of 100 calls.
Weekly: A minimum of 5 scheduled meetings (from 500+ weekly calls).

You will be given;

LinkedIn Access (Lead Generation and Research)
Seamless Access (Contact Number Finder)
Vonage Business Software for Calling from a US Number

Salary + Commission

1st Month & 2nd Month – $500 per month (Probation Months) + $200 Closed Deal Commission
3rd Month – $500 – $1000 (Depending on Results) + $200 Closed Deal Commission
