Cold Caller / Lead Generator

Hello, I am looking for a dependable, reliable and trustworthy part-time employee to do cold calling and lead generation for my real estate business. I am located in Texas in the central time zone and will need someone who can work late nights due to the time zone difference. In short, since you are in the Philippines, I will need you to work late nights in your time zone, which will be afternoon and evenings in Texas. This is a must! I am looking for a part-time employee that will work about 4 days a week for 4 hours and I am looking to pay 4.00 an hour/USD. I want to let you know this is the starting pay. However, depending on what is produced and how good the leads are, I will provide bonuses of $100 per sale that I make based on the leads you generated. Keep in mind, you will not get a bonus until the house is sold/brought. Also, when the business picks up, I am looking for your role to expand and move you to full time with other duties. We will talk about that in more detail in the future. I am honestly looking for someone to see the potential of growth and build a partnership so we can be financially independent.

Skills:

1. 2 years cold calling and lead generation experience to people in the United States in regard to real estate (please provide references).

2. Fluent English – Speaking, Reading and Writing

3. Provide detailed notes of each call.

4. Must be proficient in technology and computers to work on cold called software.

Please note this position will not start until mid-August and will start interviewing July 17th.
