COLD CALLER NEEDED-REAL ESTATE

30+ Hours, Full-Time Work.
I’m looking for someone to call for 5-6 hours (at any time) during the hours between 8am to 8pm in the Eastern Time Zone.
I need someone diligent, very detail-oriented, and will not waste any of my leads. You must speak good English and be willing to keep people on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on the calls.
WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING.

Top Tasks:
-Call FSBOs and Expired Listings from 8 am to 8 PM eastern time without failure.
-Then Call Absentee Owners, then call other leads that I will give you
-Log any leads that you have a good conversation with and seem to want to sell
-Follow up with leads that say they want to sell multiple times
-Keep me up to date on what leads to call that become “Warm Leads”

-Consistent bonuses every week for setting appointments or getting leads

-Monthly Income 600+ potential to earn up to 1200+ a month further down the line.

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

I have been doing real estate for 3 years and entrepreneurship for 8 years. I’ve grown my social media on TikTok and Instagram. I live in New York City and am focused heavily on my work and growth in my business.
