Job Description:
As a Full-Time Cold Caller, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners within the designated target market to promote our painting services and schedule appointments for free painting consultations. The ideal candidate will have excellent English-speaking skills, a clear accent-free voice, and exceptional conversation skills to engage potential customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners within the designated target market.
Introduce our residential painting services and explain the benefits of scheduling a free consultation.
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to build rapport and trust.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for painting consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments scheduled, and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
Clear, accent-free English speaking skills are essential.
Excellent communication and conversation skills.
Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus).
Must be able to adhere to the designated work schedule (CST time zone, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break).

During the training period of 1 month you will be paid $5 an hour. After the training period and the applicant has shown the ability to set appointments the hourly pay will be raised to $7 an hour.
