In a fast-paced atmosphere, we seek an enthusiastic Lead Generator to create sales mostly through cold and warm calling. You will be responsible for determining if current or prospective clients need our services.

An effective Lead Generator must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to engage in conversation and quickly comprehend the client’s wants and provide solutions that fulfill their objectives to book an appointment. Additionally, the ideal applicant will have the patience and composure to cope with aggression and complaints.

The objective is to generate business growth by expanding the pipeline for our businesses. Whether it’s helping a credit client or potential home buyers.

Responsibilities
– Cold call people using a given dialer to generate leads
– Answer incoming calls from prospective homeowners
– Use scripts to provide a value-based cold call
– Ask essential questions to grasp the client’s requirements and determine pain points
– Engage in conversation with the clients and listen carefully for clues
– Record the client’s personal information accurately in a CRM or Google Sheet
– Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
– Go the “extra mile” to meet sales KPI quota and facilitate future leads
– Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
– Provide a report via email after every shift

Requirements and skills
– High English fluency with the ability to speak without the Filipino accent highly preferred
– Proven experience as a telemarketer, cold caller, or similar sales/customer service role
– Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
– Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and dialer systems
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Proficient in English
– Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
– Persistent and results-oriented
– Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Hours:
– Initial hours will be part-time 11 am – 3 pm est
– Will be full time depending on the appointment-setting success
– Based in the US so its a GRAVEYARD SHIFT EST 11 am – 7 pm
