PropLeadGen LLC is a Texas based property lead generator company that services Realtors and Real Estate Investors alike. We offer cold calling outbound dialing lead generation services to our clients. We are in need of two Outbound Call Specialist to call potential lead lists and schedule a follow up call for our clients. You will be provided all the contact numbers and an automatic dialer. Pay is currently $5 an hour with potential to convert into full time. We pay bonuses on top of your hourly wage every month!
– Must be enthusiastic
– Must be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
– Must have a very reliable internet connection
-Customer Service/Outbound Phone Sales experience is preferred
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport over the phone.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with the real estate industry preferred but not required.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Hours are in Eastern Time zone (hours may change based on our client’s needs)
Wednesday-Friday
4pm-8pm
Saturday-Sunday
1pm-5pm
