Job Overview/Description:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Cold caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying potential leads and initiating contracts with potential clients. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, gauging interest, and arranging appointments for our sales team. If you possess proactive communication skills, have impeccable phone etiquette, and are passionate about sales, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Execute cold calls to targeted lists of potential clients using provided scripts.
Introduce our services and cultivate initial interest.
Assess and qualify leads by gathering pertinent information and understanding their needs.
Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to coordinate meetings.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all interactions within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas and objectives.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of our offerings and stay abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as Cold Caller or Telemarketer is advantageous.
Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
Strong active listening skills and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team efforts.
Basic computer skills.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
Previous involvement in sales or customer service capacity is a valuable asset.
