We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Cold Caller.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to identify and secure land deals in the US. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, a deep understanding of the US real estate market, and a proven track record in cold calling. This role is crucial to our acquisition strategy and requires a highly motivated individual who can deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential land sellers in the US.
Identify and qualify land deals based on company criteria.
Build and maintain a database of potential land sellers.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Spoken English: Clear and articulate communication skills are essential.
Cold Calling Expertise: Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate sector.
US Real Estate Market Knowledge: Understanding of the US real estate market, particularly land deals.
Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable results.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to manage and track leads.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
