Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time Zone)

Job Type: Part-Time

Hours: 7AM – 11PM Pacific Time (Monday to Friday)/10PM – 2AM Philippine Time

Salary – Base Pay + Commission: $20 for each interested lead, and base pay of $100/month for the first month and $200/month starting the second month.

Our goal is to reach out to homeowners in Seattle, WA, to gauge their interest in selling their properties. Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to homeowners in Seattle, WA, to inquire if they are willing to sell their homes.
• Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Record and maintain accurate notes on homeowner interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:
• Language: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.

Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
• Professional demeanor and ethical standards.
• Real estate sales experience is a must.
• Availability: Ability to work from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
