Job Details:
We are looking to fill a virtual assistant role that will consist of primarily cold calling for real estate. You will be calling pre-forclosure, divorce lists, probate lists, etc, in order to generate leads for a real estate business.
The Company:
We are a real estate company in Florida. You will be working directly with the owner of the company as his VA.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Cold Calling:
-You will be calling pre-forclosure, divorce lists, probate lists, etc, in order to generate leads. Must be comfortable on the phone.
2. Admin/Transaction Coordinator:
-If time permits, you will be doing some basic admin VA work and helping with the admin duties of the transactions of the real estate dealings.
3. Social Media Management:
-if time permits, you will create, edit, and post social media content for the business
Basic Requirements:
-Must have a college/university degree
-Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
-Must have organizational skills
-Must have good grammar
-Must have proficient computer skills
-Good communication skills
-Be willing and open to learn
-Be open to feedback and constructive criticism

Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant.
-Proven cold calling experience
-Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Technical Qualifications:
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Must have a headset
-Google suite proficient: gmail, sheets, docs, slides, etc.
-Video editing experience with platforms like Capcut is preferred
-Canva experience or similar preferred
Salary and Details:
This is a part-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 20 hours per week.
Please note, there may be an opportunity to go full time in the future depending on performance. Therefore, please apply only if you fully understand that this is currently a part-time role, but with a need to be flexible for the future in case it goes full time.
The pay is $5.00 an hour.
3 paid sick/vacation days (must complete 3-month probationary period to activate these sicks days)
Paid 4-6 major U.S. holidays
Guaranteed 1 year raise (mininum 10%-20%).
You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Payoneer every 2 weeks.
The hours are Mon-Fri 10am-2pm EST (Eastern standard time). That is a 12 hour time difference from you-10pm-2am Philippine time would be the converted schedule for you.
