As a Cold Caller Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our property acquisition efforts by reaching out to potential sellers to gauge their interest in selling their properties. Your primary responsibility will be to cold call outbound leads, effectively qualifying them to determine if they are viable prospects to enter our sales cycle. You will also be responsible for pulling and skip tracing list.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential leads daily.
– Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they fit our target profile.
– Document and track call outcomes and interactions accurately in our CRM system.
– Maintain a deep understanding of our services and real estate market trends to effectively communicate with leads.
– Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
– Achieve or exceed monthly targets in terms of qualified opportunities and closed deals.
– Handle objections and rejections professionally, using them as opportunities to improve your approach and techniques.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in cold calling or telesales, with a track record of successfully dialing hundreds of numbers per day.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
– Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in managing lead data.
– Knowledge of the real estate industry and wholesaling process is a plus.
**What We Offer:**
– A base salary of $500 per month.
– An attractive commission structure offering 3.5% on deals closed through your pipeline, with no cap on earnings. (Average deal size is 8k)
