Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Cold Caller & Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves reaching out to real estate agents to introduce them to our transformative webinars and software products, with the goal of enhancing their business operations and client interactions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold calling and sales, with a knack for engaging potential clients and driving conversions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calling to a list of prospective real estate agents to introduce them to our webinar series and software products.
Schedule appointments for webinars and product demonstrations by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
Maintain and update customer information in the HighLevel CRM system.
Follow up with prospects through phone calls and emails to close sales or confirm webinar registrations.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation and outreach effectiveness.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and improve product knowledge.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and sales development, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors.
Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with HighLevel CRM is a plus.
Strong english, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Work US business hours
Self-starter with a persistent and proactive sales approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
