Job Description

I’m looking for a skilled professional who can help turn leads into sales in my B2B business. This person will also make cold-calls to prospective customers to offer my services to them.

Key requirements:
– Experience in B2B sales and understanding of the sales funnel.
– Proven track record in converting leads into customers.
– Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in proper English (by phone and in writing).
– Someone who can make phone calls during USA hours (9am-5pm CST)

The primary goal of this project is to help me expand my customer base. You’ll primarily be working through direct calling, so experience in this area is a must. The ideal candidate will have a combination of sales experience, customer service skills, and the ability to understand and cater to the needs of B2B clients.

Overview:

Our team is searching for a talented sales representative (10 hours per week) to identify and contact prospective customers via phone (plumbing company owners), develop a good relationship and persuade them to sign a 6 month contract to allow Plumber Advertising Pros to run Google ads on their behalf. Once they have given a verbal commitment, set up a virtual meeting with the head-of-marketing to finalize the sale.

Task:

Check the excluded-location list to make sure you don’t reach out to people in those locations.
Identify potential clients
Research potential clients needs and behaviors
Develop a personalized approach to each potential client
Establish initial contact with potential clients
Follow up on leads

Requirements:
Speak and write in fluent English
Experience in outbound sales
Be knowledgeable about the product
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about the products
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

$8/hour ($320/month)
