Job Description

The Outside Sales Representative B2B is responsible for building and nurturing connections with corporate decision makers collaborating and selling our products and services. You should have a clear idea of the key decision-makers and their requirements. You will do so through channels like sales calls and emails. ?You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. This is a mid-level position that reports to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.

What you will do in this role

Prospecting other plumbers, companies, and home service professionals to establish partnerships with our companies.

Introduce and make a sale of our services to property managers, business facilities, and industries by making cold outreach.

Make 75 to 100 daily calls and emails (75?lls and 25% emails).

Managing all B2B selling operations and activities.

Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Track, document, and retrieve information in database.

Offer additional products and services with every sale.

Deliver exceptional sales skills with a smile.

Your Qualifications

1+ year of proven sales experience

Experience in B2C sales or business development

A strong understanding of the sales/selling process, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing of deals.

A team player with effective communication and a positive attitude

Proficiency in English both verbal and written. Native American speaker is required.

Has strong computer navigation and fast typing skills.

A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home.

A perfectly working computer and a high-speed internet connection.

Can work on a graveyard shift Pacific Time with 8-hour full-time schedules – 5 days a week, Mondays-Fridays – weekends off.?

Compensation

Our company is offering a salary of $5 base hourly with a commission of $1 for every closed sale. A chance to increase after a 3-month probationary period.
