Cold Caller Specialist

Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling Specialist)

Location: Remote

Pay: $2-3 per hour USD
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential to turn full-time. Hours between 9am-7pm Mountain Standard Time.

Overview:
We are seeking two Virtual Assistants (VAs) to join our wholesale real estate business team. The primary responsibility of the VA will be to conduct cold calls to potential leads, aiming to sell their homes. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, have experience in phone sales, and preferably have knowledge or experience in real estate.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential leads to discuss selling their homes.
Have a US based phone number and way to communicate in the US
Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and motivations for selling.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our wholesale real estate services to potential sellers.
Follow up with un answered leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and maintain communication.
Keep accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Meet monthly sales targets set by the management team.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve cold calling techniques and approaches.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with clear verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in phone sales or cold calling
Preferably, experience or knowledge in the real estate industry.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Availability to work between 9am-7pm Mountain Standard Time.
