As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a Home-Based Cold Caller to join our top-ranked Real Estate marketing team.
As a Motivated Cold Caller, you will have remarkable phone handling and persuasive powers to find homeowners who are interested in selling their property.
|| Responsibilities:||
– Make inbound and outbound calls to homeowners and inform them about how they can benefit from our services in a professional and friendly manner.
– Confidently utilize our scripts to convert prospects into leads!
-Efficiently handle objections.
-Properly document call dispositions in our system.
-Listen to and assess voicemails for outbound callouts.
|| Qualifications: ||
-Passionate about selling
-Confident to start and hold a conversation with foreigners
-Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
-Able to handle objections effectively
-Ability to follow instructions, and be adherent to processes and policies
-Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-driven environment
-1-2 years of overall work experience, preferably in customer service (real estate is a plus!)
|| Work requirements |
-40 hours per week
-US Central Time – 10:00AM – 6:00PM Central
Salary: 4 USD/hour
Monthly performance bonus and paid training!
|| System/equipment requirements ||
-Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
-Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
-Backup workstation (preferred)
-Backup internet (pocket wifi)
-USB noise-canceling headset

|| Hiring Process||
-We will review applications.
-We will host an initial Zoom interview with the best and most qualified candidates.
-If selected, the candidate will start a week of training on Monday at 10:00 AM.
-The training week shift will be from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
-On Friday of the training week, we will decide if the candidate will move on to join the team full-time.
