Ubuntu Home Buyers – Support Specialist

This is a dynamic role where your primary responsibility will be cold calling homeowners and gauging their interest in selling their property(s). Other support and administrative tasks will be assigned regularly, for example following up with relationships, marketing properties, acquiring new buyers, lead generation, ect.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain a high degree of customer service for all calls and adhere to all ubuntu principles/values.
– Network and track interactions with real estate professionals.
– Generate Motivated sellers leads through cold calling, sms and other methods.
– Organize and manage contacts in CRM.
– Market properties under contract through social media, email, sms, calls and our website.
– Develop and maintain relationships with buyers/investors.

This is a high growth team, and as such the right team member will have the opportunity to earn other responsibilities, including but not limited to:
– Creating and refining documents to track business processes and training.
– Managing other support specialists.

Requirements:
– Experience using REIreply or similar real estate CRM is preferred but not required.
– Clear English Speaker/confidence on the phone.
– Experience interacting with customers daily
– Proficiency creating and editing spreadsheets, word documents, and presentations.
– The ability to learn and implement new systems in reasonable time.
– People and goal oriented individuals.
– Genuine interest in a real estate support career.
– Willingness to learn daily/ weekly.

Salary/Hours~ $600+ monthly paid $140 weekly on every Friday. / 8 hours a day (40 hours a week)
Incentives available based on performance
