Position Overview

As a real estate cold calling and appointment setting specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential land investments opportunities and nurturing relationships with property owners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through outbound calls gather important information and, schedule appointments for out acquisition team this role is ideal for a proactive and goal oriented individual with a passion for real estate and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and prospects to identify potential land investment opportunities.
2. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand property details, seller motivations,and gather relevant information.
3. Build and maintain a database of leads, documenting all communications and updates.
4. Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria to ensure alignment with our investment strategy
5. Schedule appointments for the acquisition team with qualified leads
6. collaborate with team members to optimize lead generations strategies and improve overall efficiency
7. Stay informed about market trends, property values and industry best practices

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
5. Familiarity with real estate terminology and land investment is a plus

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing or real estate is a plus
2. Availability to work during standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.
3. Access to a reliable internet connection, computer, phone and a quiet place to work
