Job Description:
As a Real Estate Cold Caller Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients, initiate conversations, and gather essential information to pass on to our real estate acquisition team. Your goal is to generate leads, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our agents to follow up on. This role is essential in expanding our client base and increasing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads from our contact database, local listings, and other sources.
2. Lead Qualification: Engage in conversations with potential clients to identify their real estate needs, budget, and preferences.
3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents for property viewings or consultations.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property listings, and competitors to provide valuable information to clients.
6. Client Follow-up: Occasionally follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and determine their level of interest.
7. Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on call statistics, lead conversion rates, and appointment setting achievements.

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
