Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller with a background in broker recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential broker leads, with the goal of recruiting them to join our brokerage firm. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential broker leads to introduce them to our brokerage services and opportunities.
Develop and follow a well-crafted script that outlines the value proposition of joining our brokerage, key selling points, and responses to common questions or objections.
Qualify leads by understanding their experience, needs, and potential fit within our brokerage.
Schedule follow-up appointments and meetings for interested leads with the recruitment team.
Maintain a detailed and organized database of leads, ensuring accurate documentation of call outcomes, contact information, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide insights and feedback on lead quality and recruitment strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our brokerage in conversations with potential recruits.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, specifically in broker recruitment.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including brokerage operations and the role of brokers.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with potential recruits.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in a brokerage firm or real estate environment.
Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices.
Experience using scripts and objection-handling techniques in cold calling.
