Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are looking for a top-quality Real Estate Cold Caller who is proficient in English and has no or very little accent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate, and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone effectively. This role involves reaching out to property owners, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to generate leads and identify potential sellers.
Communicate effectively and professionally with property owners, providing information about our services and answering any questions.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into potential clients.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine calling scripts and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with no or very little accent; excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Proven experience as a cold caller or telemarketer, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate principles and terminology.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Real estate experience or certification is highly desirable.
