Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter with Social Media Management experience. The Cold Caller / Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying opportunities to offer our services, and setting appointments for the sales team. The role will also involve data entry and database management.
Other Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
Responding to email, text, social media inquiries
Monitor social media platforms from a messaging standpoint.
Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, GoDaddy, and Honeybook (Familiar).
Respond to emails and direct messages.
Conduct research on social media trends.
Manage hashtags and monitor trending topics.
Develop content for social media platforms.
Monitor Google Reviews.
Send follow-up texts and emails to prospects.
Research conferences for potential attendance.
Conduct competitor analysis.
Connect with influencers.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persistent and motivated mindset
Strong phone presence and persuasive ability
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
Experience using CRM systems and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Terms of Employment:
Role: Part-time to full-time.
Hours: 20-40 hours per week.
Payment Terms: Payment on the 1st and 15th of each month.
