Job Description:

As a Cold Caller at Orangesands, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our innovative PGP. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce them to our services, and schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound cold calls to insurance agencies and other potential clients.
– Engage prospects with a clear and compelling pitch about Orangesands and our PGP.
– Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to follow up.
– Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
– Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.
– Provide feedback to the sales team to improve outreach strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
– Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

– Availability to work flexible hours to maximize contact with potential clients.
– Engagement and proactive attitude in reaching out to leads.
– Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Competitive 10% commission on all sales generated from your leads. Our service goes for 7K-20K USD$
Additionally 20$ for every show up booked by you.
If you book in more than 15 meetings a month you will get hired on a base salary of 200$
