Hello all!

My name is Jake, and I am a successful serial entrepreneur with a strong track record of business success. My first company was sold, my second helped open the NASDAQ stock exchange, my third is successful and currently fielding buyout options. I am currently looking to bring on the first cold callers / lead generation team members for my newest and fourth venture, Optima Visio.

Optima Visio is a B2B SaaS and was just recently started, so this opportunity would secure your spot on the ground level of this company. I am looking for people who are willing to grow with us, and eventually take on more and more responsibility within the company (lead a sales team, be an account executive, etc.). You will not be an employee, you will be a TEAM MEMBER. I want to be able to take your feedback and make our processes better. I want to use your advice on what tools would make our work easier and better. I want to help you succeed in any way possible. I want us to become friends that truly care about our mission! And I promise you this – I will never ask you to do something I am not doing myself, and you will never, ever work harder than I work. I am truly passionate about building businesses, and Optima Visio has amazing potential to be around for a very long time.

I will hire up to 5 cold callers, and you will be compensated with a small base and commission on leads we close. Obviously commission is the best way for you to make the most amount of money, and is the best for a new company so we do not limit growth in any way. Our incentives are best aligned with this compensation structure. You will be required to work US hours as this is a US based company targeting US based businesses. After three months of proving out your skills, you will be eligible to move to a flat rate, although I have a very strong feeling you will want to continue on with commissions, or a flat rate as well as commission as you will make more that way.

The best part about this opportunity is that what you will be calling about is so powerful, easy to understand, and CHEAP that you shouldn’t have ANY issues finding multiple leads every single day. During our trial phases, we found 4.4 qualified leads per 10 calls, and closed 2 of those 4.4. Imagine what numbers you could see calling consistently each day. Depending on how many hours you can work each week and your calling experience, we estimate you can expect anywhere between $600 and $1,200 per month. But again, I only want to work with people who are not in it for the short term money, I want people who are looking to grow with us. If you stick around and work hard, you will most definitely be making far more than that with added responsibility. I always take care of the people around me. Always.

Anyone from beginners to experts are allowed to apply, full time or part time. This is a B2B software company, so if you have B2B cold calling experience please note that. Ideally you have good experience with lead generation by cold calling, but not necessary as I will be teaching you everything you need to know, even providing you with scripts to use if you would like.
