Responsibilities:

2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services and offerings to prospects.
3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents or representatives to further develop relationships with potential clients.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
5. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
6. Collaborate with the real estate team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
7. Stay informed about market trends and real estate developments to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
6. Knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
7. Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
