Cold Calling

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven cold caller to join our team. As a cold caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, setting appointments, and ultimately driving sales for our business.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided leads or generated lists
Introduce our product/service, Apex AI, and its benefits to potential clients
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and suitability for Apex AI
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Apex AI and overcome objections
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team with interested prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activities and outcomes in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Requirements:

Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to build rapport and engage prospects over the phone
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Knowledge of the [specific industry] is a plus
