Job Summary:
We are a leading medical tourism company specializing in hair transplants and dental treatments. We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to cold data leads, engaging potential customers, and convincing them to choose our services. Your excellent conversational skills, persuasive abilities, and native English accent will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers from cold data leads.
– Engage potential customers in persuasive conversations to promote our hair transplant and dental treatment services.
– Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, address customer concerns, and overcome objections.
– Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment.
– Exceptional persuasive and conversational skills.
– Native-level English proficiency with a clear and articulate accent.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
– Excellent listening and communication skills.
– Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
– Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
– Good organizational and time management skills.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the medical tourism industry or selling hair transplant/dental treatment services.
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
