Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, creating interest in our products/services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

MUST HAVE:
1. Internet speed at least 30 megabytes per second.
2. Back up internet
3. Backup power source

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct 100 outbound calls to prospects using a provided script.
2. Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
3. Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
4. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to interested prospects.
5. Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies.
7. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to follow scripts and adapt to various customer responses.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The selected candidate will be expected to work approximately 30 hours per week.
