Cold calling / Appointment Setter

I’m looking for an experienced specialist in lead generation, appointment setting, and cold calling.
This is a night shift position (working with the USA).
Preferably someone from Cebu City who can visit the office.

Responsibilities:

-Lead generation through various channels, mainly cold calls and social media.
-Initiating and managing conversations with potential clients/buyers.
-Qualifying leads and setting appointments.
-Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
-Maintaining accurate and detailed records of lead generation activities.
-Performing other general administrative tasks.
-Flexibility to learn other tasks.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with lead management tools.
-Persistence and results-oriented.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

!! We work on American time, and it’s preferred if you are from Cebu City and can visit the office. During the workday, there will be regular calls via Google Meet and reporting. If you perform well, the earnings will be high, consisting of a base salary plus payment for each appointment set. During the trial period, the work hours are 4 hours a day, and after the trial period, it will be a full-time position.
