Position Overview

We are excited to provide you with details about the Outbound Call Center Agent position at Masterco Marketing. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity designed for individuals who excel in making outbound calls and setting appointments. Throughout this description, you will encounter the term “close.” In this context, a “close” refers to an appointment that results in the complete installation of a home security system.

Job Responsibilities

As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be making outbound calls using a power dialer. Your primary objective is to confirm the prospect’s interest in receiving a Home Security System and schedule an appointment for them to speak with our sales team.

Qualification Criteria for Customers

To qualify for our security system, the customer must:
Be a homeowner
Pass a soft credit check with a minimum “C” level credit score
Not currently be in contract with another security company or have a contract that will soon end
Be willing to have our system installed in their home

Job Requirements

Fluency in English
Ability to work according to CST time zone

Pay Structure
Our compensation is performance-based. Here’s how it works:
If you do not achieve at least one close weekly, you will be paid $5 per booking regardless of the close status.

Weekly Pay Based on Closes:
1 close: $84
2 closes: $112
3 closes: $140
4 closes: $168
5 closes: $196
And so on…

Our goal is to achieve 70 bookings per week, which translates to 10 bookings per day.

Potential Earnings:

If none of the bookings close, you can still earn $350 per week at $5 per booking.
If all 70 bookings close, you could earn up to $2017 per week.
The average close rate is 33%, which typically results in 23 closes out of 70 bookings, equating to approximately $701 per week. However, even with no closes, achieving 70 bookings per week at $5 per booking will still earn you $350 per week.
