As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the B2B market through outbound calls. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing them to our POS solutions, payment processing systems, CCTV security, and website development services.
Identify potential clients’ needs and pain points, and present them with customized solutions that address their specific requirements.
Build rapport and establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries, nurturing leads and maximizing sales opportunities.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convey the features and benefits of our products and services, highlighting how they can improve clients’ business operations and increase efficiency.
Schedule appointments for product demonstrations or follow-up calls with interested prospects, coordinating with the appropriate sales team members.
Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals, addressing potential clients’ concerns and objections.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of new clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center environment or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
Knowledge or experience in the POS industry, payment processing systems, CCTV security, or website development is a plus.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and compelling manner.
Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability.
