Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Insight Sales Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by generating leads, cold calling, and setting up appointments with prospective clients for Salesforce CRM. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients of Salesforce through research, networking, and leveraging various lead generation tools and techniques.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of introducing Salesforce implementation offerings, understanding their needs, and generating interest.
Appointment Setting: Skillfully navigate conversations to qualify leads and set up appointments for further discussions with our sales executives.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Talent as a Service solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
Lucrative Recurring Commission: Enjoy a rewarding commission structure

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Previous experience selling software, technology, or services is a plus.
Insight sales experience is required.
