We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students or clients via cold calls to introduce our education services and convert leads into enrollments or sales.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Experience working in Education is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Initiate Contact: Make outbound cold calls to prospective students or clients based on provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce Products/Services: Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits and features of the education programs or services offered by the business.
3. Qualify Leads: Assess potential customers’ needs, interests, and qualifications to determine their suitability for the education programs.
4. Address Concerns: Listen actively to potential customers’ questions, concerns, and objections, and provide accurate and appropriate responses to alleviate doubts and build trust.
5. Schedule Appointments: Set up appointments or consultations with qualified leads for further discussions or demonstrations with relevant stakeholders.
6. Follow-up: Regularly communicate with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and encourage enrollment or participation.
7. Update CRM: Record all interactions, lead details, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
8. Meet Targets: Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
9. Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in education regulations or requirements to effectively position the business’s products/services.
10. Collaborate: Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and other relevant teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimise lead generation and conversion processes.
11. Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement through training, workshops, or mentorship to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the education sector.
12. Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and prospects.
