Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Cold Caller to join our Agency who cater mostly to real estate agents. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, fostering relationships, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the real estate market.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs.
Set appointments for real estate agents to discuss buying, selling, or leasing properties.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or any relevant experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet daily and weekly targets.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.
