We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Cold Calling Lead Generation Specialist to join us remotely from the Philippines.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cold Calling Lead Generation Specialist to promote our new delivery service to both existing and potential customers of Restaurant Depot. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey our service’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to Restaurant Depot customers and non-customers to inform them about our new delivery service.
Communicate the benefits and features of our delivery service clearly and persuasively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Gather and document customer information, feedback, and objections accurately.
Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of call outcomes.
Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine call scripts and strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems is a plus.
High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude.
Comfortable working remotely and adhering to a set schedule.
