Position Overview:
As a Cold Calling Team Leader at Horison Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support a team of cold callers/appointment setters. You will be tasked with creating effective scripts, analysing data to optimise performance, developing strategies to increase booking rates, and providing comprehensive training on Amazon knowledge to your team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and support a team of cold callers/appointment setters.
– Ensure adherence to schedules, targets, and quality standards.
– Create and refine cold calling scripts to optimise effectiveness and align with business objectives.
– Conduct training sessions on cold calling techniques, product knowledge (e.g., Amazon products/services), and objection handling.
– Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve team performance.
– Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse team performance metrics, such as call conversion rates and booking rates.
– Identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
– Develop strategies to increase booking rates and achieve sales targets.
– Implement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of cold calling campaigns.
– Communicate team goals, objectives, and performance metrics effectively to team members and management.
– Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to management.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team through feedback loops, process refinement, and skill enhancement.
– Foster a positive and productive team environment that promotes motivation, engagement, and teamwork.
Requirements & Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a leadership role within a cold calling or telemarketing environment, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
– Demonstrated success in managing and achieving sales targets through cold calling strategies.
– In-depth understanding of Amazon account management and seller central.
– Ability to effectively convey Amazon-specific knowledge and benefits to potential clients.
– Strong sales skills with a track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue goals.
– Proficiency in developing and implementing effective cold calling scripts and strategies.
– Experience in supervising and leading a team of cold callers or appointment setters.
-Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and achieve objectives.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
– Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively lead a team.
– Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
