I am a growing real estate agent serving the Southern Tablelands and Southern Highlands region of New South Wales, Australia. I am dedicated to providing top-tier services to my clients, and I am seeking a motivated and skilled Cold Calling Prospector and Appointment Setter to join my team.
As a Cold Calling Prospector and Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in my real estate agency’s success by identifying and contacting potential clients and setting up appointments for myself. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team focused on improving efficiencies and achieving exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls to identify potential real estate clients in the Southern Tablelands and Southern Highlands region.
Qualification: Assess client needs and preferences during calls to determine their suitability for my services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for myself to conduct face-to-face home appraisals, with qualified prospects.
Objection Handling: Confidently handle objections and inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns professionally.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in my CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with myself to improve efficiency and achieve set objectives.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Coherent and friendly phone manner, ensuring a very positive client experience.
Initiative, drive, and dedication to meet and exceed performance goals.
Experience in cold calling, with a proven track record of success.
Confidence in handling objections and the ability to overcome rejection.
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ability to trawl through data and find accurate contact details, updating CRM and ensuring records are well-kept
Ability to prioritize and commit to role long-term
