Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls on behalf of our clients in the USA, introducing potential clients to the benefits and value of our client’s services.
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through accurate record-keeping and proactive follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and schedule meetings for further discussions with interested prospects.
Continuously stay informed about the virtual assistant industry, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt your approach and identify unique selling points.
Maintain a positive and professional image of our clients during interactions with potential clients.
Provide feedback and insights gathered from calls to help refine and improve the sales and marketing strategies of our clients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of virtual assistant services.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail to track and manage leads and follow-up activities.
Familiarity with CRM software or lead management tools is preferred.
A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm throughout the calling process.
Knowledge of the virtual assistant industry and its benefits for businesses is a plus.
Must be eligible to work in the USA and have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
