Job Description:
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for connecting people with their dream careers? If so, we want you to join our team as a Cold Calling Recruiter in the Growth and Opportunity Department at Remax Edge. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential candidates via phone to discuss exciting career opportunities within our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize your cold calling skills to identify and engage potential candidates through a variety of sources.
2. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify talent acquisition opportunities.
6. Knowledge of the Company’s Values: Know Remax Edge and what our value is to outside real estate agents who might want to join.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential candidates.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment databases and software is a plus.
