Responsibilities:
– Call, text and email prospective clients in a professional manner
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
– Be able to present offers to prospective clients and close deals is a HUGE plus
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
– Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Skills:
– Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
– Knowledge of financial services to effectively communicate product benefits and features
– Computer literate for accurate data entry and email/texting
– Experience using CRM systems and Google to input and track leads
– Proven sales skills to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales
– Familiarity with financial terminology for financial product sales is a plus
– Basic math skills for calculating totals, percentages, and discounts
– Previous experience in outbound sales preferred
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Experience in selling merchant cash advances or related financial products is a strong advantage.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts and the ability to explain complex financial products to clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate ideas and information clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
