As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cold Calling Salesperson to join our team and help drive our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and cold calling.
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, introduce our products/services, and generate interest.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Feedback: Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to the sales team and management.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and sales in Australia, preferably in the cannabis or pharmaceutical industries.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasion: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
