Job Overview:
As a Cold Calling Specialist in Go Lean Healthcare, your primary role is to reach out to potential clients, such as healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, or individual practitioners, to introduce them to the company’s services. These services could range from telemedicine solutions, medical billing, healthcare software, or consulting services designed to improve efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Identify and target potential clients through research and existing databases.
– Utilize various methods to gather potential client information, including online directories, industry-specific databases, and social media platforms.
2. Outreach:
– Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services and solutions.
– Provide information about how these services can benefit the potential client, focusing on aspects like cost-efficiency, improved patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, etc.
3. Scheduling Appointments:
– Schedule meetings between potential clients and the company’s sales or specialist teams.
– Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments or reschedule if necessary.
4. Information Management:
– Maintain records of calls made, including responses and follow-up actions.
– Update client information in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
5. Feedback and Reporting:
– Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding the responses from potential clients.

Qualifications:
Experience:
– Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, particularly in the healthcare industry, can be highly beneficial.
