Cold Calling Specialist for Sober Living Home Contracts

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to various businesses and organizations, including hospitals, recovery centers, shelters, rehab facilities, probation officers, drug courts, detox centers, local jails, local drug coalitions, homeless coalitions, AA, NA, Smart Recovery groups, and governmental Continuum of Care programs. The goal is to establish relationships and secure contracts for our sober living homes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients within the specified industries and organizations.
Present our sober living home services and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
Build rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and contract acquisition.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling and telesales, preferably in the healthcare or addiction recovery industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel software and other sales tools.
A genuine passion for helping individuals in recovery and making a positive impact in their lives.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, with availability during American 9AM-5PM business hours in the target markets.
